The Future of Affiliate Marketing is Now and is Called Mobile Marketing

00pic05 The Future Is Mobile Marketing Just to put you in the mood with Mobil Marketing and Mobile Monopoly, I give you some milestones for September:

  • CPA Network OfferMobi reached 150,000 clicks per day on Affiliate Mobile Advertising
  • Sysbase 365 delivers one Trillion SMS Messages
  • 46% of active Twitter users use Mobile Devices
  • People start to create Mobile Optimizing Sites and thousands of  them are created daily

Google and Microsoft are selling third-party B2B CRM applications. Why?

Let’s see what is developing under our watch, right now at corporation level, so, please, drop what are you doing for 2-3 minutes :

  • ESPN is thinking about creating sports news on Mobile Devices
  • Los Angeles Spanish language TV (LATV), is running mobile contest “Look for the treasure” (Encuentro el Tesorito) to increase viewership. They also encouraging people who listen to over 1,000 radio stations in LA area, to use mobile as a tool for engaging their audience – the target is demographic US born Latinos
  • The Food Industry is engaged on mobile campaigns as well:
    • MilkPEP program was created for teens as a mobile reward program to promote the benefits of low fat chocolate milk
    • Kraft Foods created a campaign to support charitable giving to fight hunger, their campaign is spread over many on-line and social media avenues including mobile…
  • Leukemia and Lymphoma Society runs a campaign using a mobile donation provider, called  mGive
  • Retailers are looking to mobile to drive sales, they are creating smart phone offerings

So, the point I want to make is that if Microsoft and Google invest millions  in  Mobile Applications, and Mobile Platforms, if big companies start to introduce smart phone offering campaigns, it definitely is the right time for Mobile Marketing, as consumers are hunger for convenience.

My favorite system for Mobile Marketing is Mobile Monopoly, you can find more in the blog I dedicate to it:
